Persib Hangs Hope on Two Indonesian National Team Midfielders

BANDUNG – Midfielders for the Indonesian national team, Ricky Kambuaya and Rachmat Irianto, are the backbone Persib Bandung wade in Liga 1 2022/2023. Coach Robert Rene Alberts asked the two players to appear brilliant by scoring many goals.

However, Robert believes Persib’s goal machine this season will increase along with the joining of Ricky Kambuaya, Rachmat Irianto, and foreign players from Asia, Daisuke Sato.

According to Robert, Ricky Kambuaya and Rachmat Irianto, as well as Daisuke Sato are expected to increase the team’s productivity in scoring goals. He wants the three players to exceed Persib’s ability during Liga 1 2021-2022.

“Midfielders also have the ability to score goals. Especially with the joining of Ricky and Irianto,” said Robert.

“Even Sato has that ability as Zalnando did last season. We hope that all the current players can improve the quality of the team in the League next season,” hoped the Dutch coach.
